| 各订舱代理 和客户： 现接到总部和目的港海关要求 我司订舱到BANDAR ABBAS 的货物 提单有以下要求请认真阅读并严格遵守 ，以免产生额外的改单费用和目的港的罚金！ 1. 所有去BANDAR ABBAS 的 提单上要求必须提供详细的收货人的地址联系方式。 2. 提单必须要提供显示 货物HS CODE （需要显示在提样本的BODY 里）3. 对于通过伊朗国内转关 或者 通过伊朗中转货 提单上必须使用我司规定格式的中转条款 ！！A) 伊朗国内转关货： 凡是提单收货人为伊朗国内除了BANDAR ABBAS 以外的其他城市 并且客户确认需要通过BANDAR ABBAS 转关的 必须显示如下条款：B) 举例比如客户要求转关到德黑兰 TEHRAN 海关 请用如下条款 红色字体请按实际 转关地点和 收货人公司自行改变。 C) 如果国内异地收货人确认在BANDAR ABBAS提货，如收货人为TEHRAN 但确认 BANDAR ABBAS 提货无需转关的 , 请在提单样本上务必中文直接注明无需转关. Standard Clause: GOODS IN TRANSIT TO TEHRAN CUSTOMS VIA BANDAR ABBAS, IRAN BY"TABANDE INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT CO." ‐ THE CONTRACT OFCARRIAGE/AFFREIGHTMENT EVIDENCED BY THIS BILL OF LADING SHALL BEACCOMPLISHED/TERMINATED AS SOON AS THE GOODS ARE DISCHARGED AT BANDARABBAS, IRAN THEREAFTER, DELIVERY OF THE GOODS TO TEHRAN CUSTOMS WILL BE ATTHE RISKS AND EXPENSES OF THE CONSIGNEE OR LEGAL HOLDERS OF THE BILL OF LADING.IN ANY EVENT, THE CARRIER IS ABSOLVED OF ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANYONWARD DELIVERY OF THE GOODS. D) 伊朗中转到国外的货物： a) 提单收货人显示BANDAR ABBAS 地址的 请用 如下条款 XXX 请按照实际中转点 填写： “Goods in Transit to XXXXX (in transit location) via Bandar Abbas, Iran.– The contract ofcarriage / affreightment evidenced by this bill of lading shall be accomplished /terminated as soon as the goods are discharged at Bandar Abbas, Iran. Thereafter,delivery of the goods to XXXXX (in transit location) will be at the risks and expenses ofthe consignees or legal holders of the bill of lading. In any event, the Carrier is absolvedfor all liability whatsoever for onwards delivery of the goods.” b) 提单收货人显示BANDAR ABBAS 外的伊朗其他城市地址的 ，请用 如下条款, 条款中必须注明BANDAR ABBAS实际中转公司的名字( 如为通知人的 填通知人)。 XXX 请按照实际中转点填写：“Goods in Transit to XXXXX (in transit location) via Bandar Abbas, Iran by XXX company(local customer in IRBND) – The contract of carriage / affreightment evidenced by thisbill of lading shall be accomplished / terminated as soon as the goods are discharged atBandar Abbas, Iran. Thereafter, delivery of the goods to XXXXX (in transit location) willbe at the risks and expenses of the consignees or legal holders of the bill of lading. Inany event, the Carrier is absolved for all liability whatsoever for onwards delivery of thegoods.” |
