关于巴西海关1.356/2013号令，我司做出如下解释及更新： 1.  巴西确实已经公布此法律法规，列明了巴西的收货人提取货物时不需要提交正本提单。具体法规内容可见如下通知。2.      巴西当地的航运协会和货代协会正在与当局交涉，要求取消这一违背基本贸易原理的规定。各家承运人也在跟合作码头商讨可采取的措施。3.       现阶段我司还是要求合作码头按照正本提单提货。4.       基于现况，我司暂不在订舱确认和提单上加注以下条款。    " Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, the Merchant agrees that if this Bill of Lading provides for delivery of the Goods at a port in Brazil, discharge of the Goods to any port authority at such port shall constitute due delivery hereunder and all liability of the Carrier whatsoever in connection with the Goods (including without limitation for misdelivery) shall cease at that time. Carrier shall not be responsible for delivery of cargo without the presentation of the Original Bill of Lading, as Brazilian Customs Regulations"
